Your use of this website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use (the "Terms") and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms.

The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and Hong Kong Hostel also known as hostel.hk.

If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use this website. By accessing any part of the hostel.hk website, you consent to be bound by these Terms.

We facilitate confirmed bookings for certain travel services including accommodation.

Reservations or changes to reservations must be made and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the dates to which the room(s) are reserved in order for the reservations to be effective unless prior approval is provided by Hong Kong Hostel.

For reservations made through Third-Party Websites, Hong Kong Hostel will honor the reservations only when we confirm the type(s) of rooms and for the dates reserved. Otherwise, Hong Kong Hostel will not be responsible for such reservations.

Confirmed reservations are honored in the following order: 1) reservations with full payment of rooms over the reserved period made through HKH's reservation department or through HKH's website; 2) reservations with partial payment of rooms over the reserved period made through HKH's reservation department or through HKH's website; 3) other reservation methods made through HKH's reservation department or through HKH's website; 4) reservations made through Third-Party Websites.; and 5) all other arrangements.

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

In the event of a no-show without cancellation, Hong Kong Hostel has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay.

In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid.
